What happens if there is an address error?

If you know there is an address error prior to a delivery attempt, you may submit a help ticket for an address change.

Please note: Not all carriers support address changes and address changes are not guaranteed once submitted.

If there is an unknown address error, the carrier will return to sender (OWD). The return will then be processed and billed according to the outlined rates in your agreement. If you would like a daily, weekly, or monthly returns report sent to you automatically, please let your Fulfillment Specialist know.
