What is considered billable time for my POC/Fulfillment Specialist?
This article outlines which tasks completed by your Fulfillment Specialist will be considered billable.
There are no additional charges for emailing/calling your Fulfillment Specialist to discuss general questions. When in doubt, reach out!
Any tasks that go beyond answering questions, providing resources, or reminding clients how to use the customer portal are considered billable. The following are considered billable administrative tasks:
| Data Entry |
| Editing/Modifying Orders |
| Initiating and following up on claims |
| Manual order entry |
| Research of any kind that is not an OWD error |
| Additional training for client-specific projects, promotions, or new staff |
| Filing claims |
| Correcting un-shippable orders (i.e. wrong address) |
Billable administrative tasks are billed at the hourly rate outlined in your agreement.
Training on the OWD Customer Portal is included in initial setup costs. Most billable tasks can be completed using the customer portal.
