What happens if my customer does not pay the taxes and duties?

Customs, duties, and taxes on any international orders shall be the responsibility of OWD's client. In the event OWD incurs such costs on the customer's behalf, OWD will charge back that amount to the customer, regardless of whether final delivery is successful.

The only exception is if final delivery is unsuccessful as a result of OWD's negligence.

If duties and taxes are unpaid by your customer, the international order will not be delivered and may be returned to OWD's facility by the carrier. Return shipping, brokerage, and returns processing carrier fees may be assessed. These fees (which may include administrative fees) shall be charged back to OWD's client.
