How do my customers return a package to OWD?

Return labels can be provided in every package for an additional fee. Otherwise, the customer would need to reach out to your customer service team to request a return and receive a return label. If you are unable to provide your customer with a return label, you may reach out to your point of contact and request a return label. The shipping cost of the label will be billed at the carrier's book rate. All return labels processed by OWD will use UPS or FedEx.

If you are currently using Shopify, you may be able to send customers returns labels using their Shopify Returns service.
