How does OWD determine what carrier and method my order will ship?

Upon setup, shipment methods will be mapped based on the client's choices. For example, if the client offers "standard" shipping through their website/shopping cart, that can be mapped to OWD's economy shipping method.

OWD selects the shipping carrier based on several factors, including shipping speed, dimensional weight, shipping zone, and cost. Note that some carriers may adjust their fuel surcharges weekly, and peak surcharges can apply during the holiday season. These factors are taken into account to ensure the use of the lowest possible rates.

OWD reserves the right to change ship methods/carriers in each category. A carrier may be added or deleted at any time, or a ship method type could be changed.
