Work Orders submitted according to the guidelines will be completed within 48 business hours after submission. Upon review of the Work Order, OWD may require additional time to complete the request, at which time the customer will be notified.
OWD will begin a Work Order once all necessary information is received. In the event instructions/guidelines are not followed when submitting a Work Order, OWD will respond asking for any missing details. The SLA will then be reset once all information is sent to the warehouse.
