How long does it take for inventory to be received?

This article outlines OWD's Service Level Agreements for receiving shipments.

 

Conforming shipments that equal 2 pallets or less will be checked in within 24-48 business hours. 


Conforming shipments between 2-5 pallets will be checked in within 48-72 business hours.


Shipments that exceed 5 pallets must be scheduled in advance and completion times will vary based upon the condition of the shipment and determined upon arrival.

 

Upon review of the product, the receiving time is subject to change and may take additional time to complete.


The customer may request expedited receiving for an additional charge. This request must be approved by the receiving team.
