How long does it take to get a response from my POC/Fulfillment Specialist?

Fulfillment Specialists are available during warehouse business hours. Response times can vary based on the number of customer inquiries or administrative tasks your Fulfillment Specialist has. During business hours, your Fulfillment Specialist will typically answer within 4 hours per our Service Level Agreements.

If you are trying to reach your Fulfillment Specialist outside of business hours, you may not receive a response until the next business day.
