OWD Service Rates
Discharge Fees:
Offloading fees only cover the time to unload the container or truckload. Additional receiving tasks, including, but not limited to, counting, data entry, QA, bagging, and tagging, are subject to additional receiving or value-added service fees.

| Barcoding | OWD will label all sellable units if missing a barcode or the existing barcode is un-readable upon receipt. Client is billed per label used and the cost of the label is included. | $0.25/unit |
Non-Compliance / Miscellaneous Fees
| Cancelled or Change Order Fee | Client may cancel or change an order including address, ship method, or line items/quantities up until the time the order is picked with NO fee incurred. Once an order is picked, the change fee will apply. No changes or cancellations can be made once an order ships. | $25 |
| Heavy/Oversized Fee | Per unit picked: >22" on any side and/or > 20 lbs. | $5.00 |
| Non-Conforming Inbound Shipment | Applies to each occurrence that doesn't conform to OWD's inbound shipping requirements. | One infraction will be assessed a $100 charge. Two or more infractions will be charged a total of $300. |
| Unscheduled Delivery Fee |
All inbound shipments greater than 5 pallets must be scheduled for delivery. If not scheduled, or if scheduled but not delivered within business hours on the same day, this fee is assessed. This fee is not applicable to shipments that are 5 pallets or less. |

| Blind Receive ("No ASN" Service Fee) |
Applied when a shipment arrives without an ASN (Advanced Shipment Notice). | $400 per shipment |
| Non-Scannable or Missing Product Barcodes | OWD requires that all inbound products contain a scannable barcode. If products arrive at OWD's facility without a scannable barcode, OWD will barcode items as part of our standard inbounding process without prior client authorization. | $0.25 per barcode |
| Disposal Fee for Unresolved Damaged Products |
On a monthly basis, you will be notified of any damaged items that are being held at our facility. Failure to respond and resolve damaged goods notifications within 5 business days will result in the items being disposed of and you will be assessed additional disposal fees. To avoid incurring unnecessary fees, please promptly respond to damaged product notifications. |
Items that measure less than 24 inches on any side or weight less than 25 lbs., a fee of $1.00 per unit will apply. Items that measure more than 24 inches on any side or weigh 25 lbs. or more, a fee of $5.00 per unit will apply. For hazardous items, a fee of $5.00 per unit will apply. |
