What are the OWD Holidays?

The following dates are OWD-recognized holidays. OWD is closed on the following dates:

New Years Day: January 1

Memorial Day: Last Monday in May

Independence Day: July 4th

Labor Day: First Monday in September

Thanksgiving Day: 4th Thursday in November

Christmas Day: December 25



OWD does not guarantee on-time orders during the warehouse holidays listed above, Black Friday through Cyber Monday, or during the month of December.

Holiday schedules can vary year-to-year depending on the day of the week of particular holidays. OWD follows the UPS/FedEx Days of Operation calendar for any given year, unless noted differently above. OWD will not be liable for any refund or credit if the package is available for carrier pick-up, or by the agreed SLA deadline, but the carrier does not pick up.
