Customs documents are created automatically in OWD's system when an international order comes in, as long as the required fields are filled out when entering the SKU in OWD's system. The 'Customs Value' and 'Customs Description' are required, along with SKU number and SKU title, for an international order to ship.
OWD does not ship any international order as 'free'. If the 'Customs Value' is $0.00, the price on the order will be used. If both are $0.00, the order will be placed on DC hold until this is updated.
