How do I schedule a shipment?

This article provides instructions on how to schedule an inbound shipment to an OWD warehouse.

All inbound shipments require an Advanced Shipment Notice. Inbound shipments containing 5 or more pallets or are floor loaded and the length of the trailer also require scheduling.

In order to schedule a shipment, please contact your warehouse using the contact information below.

When sending an email to the warehouse, please include the following:

Carrier Name

Carrier Contact Name

Contact Telephone

Client Name

Number of Pallets / Truck Load / Container Load

(Optional) Additional Notes

Subject line for emails should include:

Company name & ASN/Reference number
