Shipping Account Statements
Shipping Account Statements are sent to the email address(es) provided by the client upon setup and sent on a weekly basis.
If you need to add an email address to receive Shipping Account Statements, please submit a Help Ticket.
Shipping accounts require a positive balance at all times. If the account falls below $50, OWD will automatically process your replenishment payment using the ACH information we have on file.
Shipping account statements do not include OWD service fees.
