Can I customize the return address on my shipping labels?

By default, shipping labels show a return address of the OWD warehouse they are shipped from with the client's official company name as the addressee, but the return address can be customized during setup.

If you wish to show a different return address for returns or any other purpose, you can simply submit that information by creating a help ticket and the new address will be reflected on any future shipping labels.
