How do I ship samples or a gift internationally?

OWD cannot ship an international order as "free" or any international order is marked as a "sample".

The customs value on the SKU will automatically be used when generating customs documents. If the customs value is $0.00, the order value will be used. If they are both $0.00, the order will be placed on DC hold until a value is input.
