Clients are unable to turn on SKU lot tracking through the OWD Customer Portal, however, your Fulfillment Specialist can initiate lot tracking on your behalf.
If you know that you would like one or more SKUs lot tracked prior to initial setup, please let your Fulfillment Specialist know which SKU(s) require lot tracking prior to the SKU(s) being received during the initial inbound shipment. This should be included in any initial fulfillment setup fees.
If you would like to turn on lot tracking for a SKU after the SKU has been received, a work order would have to be submitted for our team to locate the SKU, scan it, and initiate lot tracking.
