Clients are unable to turn on SKU serial tracking through the OWD Customer Portal, however, your Fulfillment Specialist can initiate serial tracking on your behalf.
If you know that you would like one or more SKUs serial tracked prior to initial setup, please let your Fulfillment Specialist know which SKU(s) require serial tracking prior to the SKU(s) being received during the initial inbound shipment. This should be included in any initial fulfillment setup fees.
If you would like to turn on serial tracking for a SKU after the SKU has been received, a work order would have to be submitted for our team to locate the SKU, scan it, and initiate serial tracking.
