What if my Fulfillment Specialist is out of the office?

Your Fulfillment Specialist will notify you if they are or will be out of the office. They will also send contact information for who will be overseeing their accounts while they are out. Otherwise, you may continue contacting your Fulfillment Specialist as normal.
