When will inventory be available once a product is returned?
Returns are typically completed within 5 business days after arrival at OWD's facility. If the items pass the returns inspection, that inventory will be available once the return has been processed in OWD's system.
The process for a standard return is:
1. OWD will identify the order reference number and item(s) returned. The item will then be carefully inspected.
- If the item is in sellable condition it is added back into inventory and put into
location so it can be used on a future order. Re-bagging, re-tagging/labeling, and adding the item back into stock is included in the return fee. - If the item is damaged it is added to the customer’s specific damage bin so it is not re-sold. The item will not be returned to stock, but instead logged in the damages log for review.
