Who is my Point-of-Contact?

After a contract is signed, your main point-of-contact for all fulfillment-related questions and needs will be your Fulfillment Specialist. An introductory call will be scheduled by your sales specialist in order to meet the OWD team, this is when you are introduced to your Fulfillment Specialist. 

Your Fulfillment Specialist will assist with account setup and customer portal access. After the initial meet and greet call, they will reach out directly via email to get started.
