How am I billed for a work order?

Work orders are billed at the hourly rate outlined in the client's agreement and do not include supplies used (supplies will be billed per unit used). Clients can request Work Order quotes (cost estimates based upon information the client provides). Work Order quotes may not include hours of work, or unexpected project costs. OWD does not guarantee that the estimate provided will be the actual amount billed.

Any special service requested by OWD's clients are completed through a Work Order. These services include any service not explicitly listed and priced in the agreement. OWD reserves the right to complete tasks under a Work Order for services that it deems at its sole reasonable discretion to be excessive or abusive.

OWD specifically disclaims liability for any project activities conducted at the customer's request that results in modification, damages, changes, or errors to customer's product or packaging.
