What support can I expect from my Fulfillment Specialist?
Upon contract signing, your sales specialist will introduce you to the OWD team, including your Fulfillment Specialist. This will be your primary contact moving forward for all fulfillment-related services. They will act as an extension of your company. They will be trained on your account preferences and are available for input on industry best practices.
Fulfillment Specialist Primary Tasks
Onboarding & Setup Tasks
Your FS will guide you through all setup tasks. They will assist with inbound shipments to OWD's warehouses, relay information between you and our internal team (IT, Ops Managers, etc.), as well as grant access to our customer portal and train you on how to use it.
Everyday Tasks
Your Fulfillment Specialist will be your main point-of-contact for all fulfillment-related needs. They will update you on any OWD changes, as well as relay any news about your account. They are able to perform administrative tasks on your behalf at an hourly administrative rate. They are also available during business hours for any general questions.
