When do I need a Work Order?

Work Orders are used when a client needs a task completed that is not already outlined in their agreement or falls outside of the regular pick, pack, and shipping SOPs. A few examples include, but are not limited to:

  • Labeling/Barcoding & Relabeling
  • Kitting projects
  • Lot checks
  • Disposal requests
  • Inventory counts (both full cycle and single SKU)

Please note: If your inventory is received without existing labels/barcodes, a Work Order should be submitted for each inbound shipment.
